Download of Admit Cards shall be during 16-10-2019 to 18-10-2019.

Entrance Test for above different Courses will be 18-10-2019 at 10:00 AM.

Important Instructions to all students for online Application

A. Pre-Registration Requirement

The Following documents must be made ready before starting the Application process.

  1. Scanned copy of your recent passport size photograph in JPG Format with maximum dimension of 150px in width & 180px in height not exceeding 200KB in size.
  2. Scanned copy of your signature in JPG format 50KB in size.
  3. Scanned copy of your Caste Certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
  4. Scanned copy of your Persons with Disability (PwD) / Differently abled Certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
  5. Scanned copy of your In/Ex-Service Certificate in PDF format, if applicable.
  6. Scanned copy of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer in PDF format, if applicable.
  7. In case of any criminal cases or any other cases pending in any police stations or court,scanned copy of relevant certificates/documents in PDF format, if applicable.

For Online Payment through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet or any other digital Payment method, subsequent provisions must be made in advance.


B. Registration Process:

  1. For Registration, the candidate should have a valid & active Mobile Number and also have a valid & active e-mail ID.
  2. For registration please click (New User Registration) and provide the relevant data in appropriate fields.
  3. This will take you to the Registration page
    • Select Course Applied for form the dropdown list.
    • Select Subject From the Subject dropdown list.
    • In the Name field write your Full Name as per your HSC (10th) certificate.
    • Enter a valid & active Mobile Number and email ID, which will be the registered for the entire registration process.
    • In the D.O.B field, enter your Date of Birth by selecting through the Calendar.
    • Enter the valid captcha code in the Captcha Code field.
    • Now click on the Register button to get yourself registered. You will receive an OTP in your Mobile Phone and email ID.
    • Provide the OTP to validate your registration and proceed for the Payment.
    • In case of OTP code not came to your Mobile no , Click on the Resend OTP option.

C.Payment Procedure:

  1. After successful payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card using SBI E-Pay, you will get an e-Receipt generated immediately from the System containing a reference number. The reference number starts with followed by 8 digits which you will have to provide while submitting the Online Application Form.
  2. The reference number starts with 19 followed by 8 digits which you will have to provide while submitting the Online Application Form.
  3. After making a successful payment you will receive Login ID & password on your Mobile Phone and email ID immediately within 10 minutes.

If the same is not received within 10-15 minutes, please drop a mail mentioning your application ID and payment details to Helpdesk.

D.Login Procedure for filling the Application Form :

  1. After getting Login ID and password please Click on the Back To Login Page Or click on the Existing Login option in the application procedure page.
  2. After successfully Login fill up the prescribed application form.
  3. For filling the Application form there are 2 steps to complete the application.
    • Step 1 : Fill up the Basic Information by clicking the Proceed Here option and Click on the Save option.
    • Step 2 : Then Fillup the Education Form and save it.
    • Step 3 : After Filling the Basic Information, Upload your document(Photo/Signature and Other relevant document,if any).
  4. After filling the form in three steps, Submit the application form online.
  5. However, Each Applicant(Paid fees) will be intimated through SMS and email to download the admit card for entrance test in due course of time.
  6. Fill the Education Details After Declaration of Result online.

E.Download Admit Card for Entrance:

  1. After submitting the Application form you can download your Admit Card from the Home page(Date will be intimated in the website).

F.Submission of Hard Copy:

  1. Login with your Application ID and Password.
  2. Submit the filled in print out of the application form with your signature along with all the relevant documents (Certificate/Marksheets) to the concerned Department of the University at the time of Admission.

  3. Please don't send the Hard copy of the Application form into the university by Post.
